Phillip Holzberger – Managing Director
Joined the International Rushton Group as director in 1988 becoming major shareholder and Managing Director in 1997.

Paul Ellis – National Director
Paul is a highly experienced specialist valuer in Accounting Compliance and in particular for public sector entities.  His major roles as project manager and senior valuer in this field include projects undertaken for a large portfolio of both public and private sector clients throughout Australia.

John-Paul Messenger – Director Plant, Equipment & Infrastructure
John-Paul joined AssetVal Pty Ltd in 2004 after a widely varied engineering career in Australia and the UK.  Over the last five years he has been mainly engaged in the accounting compliance valuation projects for AssetVal’s many local authority clients, government entities and corporations.

David Bradford – Director Property
Prior to joining AssetVal in 2003, David was a senior valuer for the Australian Valuation Office on a wide range of major valuation projects for Federal and State Government entities. David acts exclusively on large Accounting Compliance and Insurance valuation projects.

Jan Soer-Reime – Client Services Director
Jan joined AssetVal in 2010. Before joining AssetVal, Jan worked in Norway as a Project Manager and Consultant. His formal qualifications were gained in Journalism through the University of Queensland and he has worked in Client Services roles to service some of Europe’s largest companies.

In Australia, AssetVal has qualified and experienced professional valuers operating through our offices in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.  Their experience, skills and background encompasses the valuation of all types of tangible assets.  Each AssetVal valuer’s speciality falls into one of two groups:

Property Valuers
Property valuers are registered in each state and specialise in the valuation of land, buildings, civil works and improvements. All valuers are degree qualified, are current members of the Australian Property Institute and as a team have over 75 years experience at valuing property around Australia.

Plant, Equipment & Infrastructure Valuers
AssetVal’s Plant, Equipment & Infrastructure Valuers are members of the Australian Property Institute Plant and Machinery Division and their experience covers a variety of engineering backgrounds including mechanical, electrical and electronic engineering.

Our valuers receive exposure to the valuation of an extraordinary range of assets in a wide range of private and public sector organisations.
